I purchased a new A.T.T. phone via two year service contract wtih wirefly, it didnt work, asked for customer support to help and they tried to sell me more products. I am sending the phone back and they are going to charge a min of 25% re-stocking fee.

After speaking with A.T.T. on the phone they told me how to use my phone nothing was wrong with it. Wirefly was going to replace my phone for another one at no additional charge. I jumped the gun on customer service, they did try to help. I would suggest having someone in Wirefly company being able to answer simple question about the products they represent. Product knowledge in any type of sales builds customer confidence. Again Wirefly did make a real effort to address my complaints, and I resent my earlier comments.

I have been shopping for a new service provider, I have t-mobile and have had it for 6+ years.I have moved and they do not have good coverage in this area.Im looking at verizon, my question is why does the phone I picked out cost one price on verizon and a much higher price on wirefly? and does veriion still have free activation on weekends thru wirefly?
